Our client designs, builds and maintains CNG, LNG &H2 stations in the Netherlands, Belgium and France and provides maintenance advice and support for global affiliates developing or purchasing gas mobility networks. The stations are state-of- the-art, with extremely high pressures (up to 1000bar) and integrated control systems.
You will be part of the Maintenance department. This department is responsible for maintaining stations in the Netherlands and Belgium as well as defining and implementing best practice strategies.
As a Reliability & Maintenance Engineer you develop world leading expertise for the operations and maintenance of gas mobility infrastructure for all affiliates in order to ensure a safe, reliable and cost-effective operations in this growing field. You will advise and implement best maintenance practices regarding: specifications, purchasing, contractor management, asset and maintenance management and systems, work instructions, maintenance organization competence, remote operations and process improvements.

What exactly are you going to do
• Development and implementation of global technical standards for the operation and maintenance of CNG, LNG and Hydrogen fuel stations;
• Develop maintenance programs and instructions for clean fuel stations based on regulations, industry standards and best practices;
• Realize improvements for clean fuel equipment or maintenance activities based on field experiences;
• Operational assessments of new designs using processes such as HAZOP, RAMS, TCO, risk assessments or FMECA to optimize station design or selection;
• Provide technical analysis to improve station reliability and technical assistance to resolve complex issues;
• Define, develop and improve the tools needed for better Maintenance Management (ERP and SCADA) with help of the IT- and Engineering Departments;
• Assist Affiliates with the implementation of their maintenance organization, systems, subcontractors, operational KPIs, operational and cost performance analysis;
• Assist the Innovation/Training team with the development of training packages;
• Develop purchasing guidelines to support the maintenance organization;
• Drafting technical documents critical to the successful operations and maintenance of stations.

You are a professional who is driven to learn from standards, operating data and direct interaction with maintenance teams. You can learn new technologies and engineering assessments. You combine analytic and social skills and are result-oriented. You are outgoing and like working closely with your colleagues at different departments, partners and affiliates.

Your profile
• Master's or bachelor’s degree in a technical direction with experience in a high risk-industry;
• Knowledge of the key cost drivers in operations and maintenance;
• Knowledge of asset management, maintenance, operations methodologies and how to implement;
• 5-10 years’ experience in operations and maintenance with rotating equipment;
• Experienced in the development of technical organizations and the supervision of employees or contractors in this area;
• Experience in high risk working environments;
• Experience with maintenance strategy development, process improvement and ERP system development;
• Fluent in English.

Salary indication 60,000 to 80,000 euros per year depending on experience and education.
